Neves Law Practice, PLLC is a law firm located in Utah Valley. Neves Law emerged from our passion for entrepreneurship, startups, and small business. We know the meaning of hard work and the difficulty of stretching a dollar to make payroll or buy groceries. We also know the importance of a legal relationship built on trust, efficiency, and satisfaction. Our goal is to build long-term relationships by offering expert legal representation at a payment arrangement that fits your needs and expectations. We offer traditional and alternative fee arrangements, and we are always open to new ideas. During your free initial consultation, we will help you determine which type of arrangement works best for your situation and budget.

Fee Arrangements

Neves Law offers free initial consultations for new clients. If you feel that Neves Law can help you with your legal and/or business needs, we have various fee arrangements we can discuss to fit your specific situation and your budget.

While we provide reasonable hourly rate arrangements and retainer agreements, we also provide contingency arrangements when applicable. In a contingency arrangement, Neves Law does not collect a fee from the client unless the client wins the case. Contingent fees will be based on the complexity and strength of the case and the client’s objectives.

We also have alternative fee arrangements:

Flat Fee: When legal costs are calculable, and you prefer knowing in advance how much it will cost, a flat fee arrangement may work best for you. Neves Law will complete your objectives and all costs will be covered by the fixed rate. In the event that the final completed project comes in under budget, you will be refunded the difference.

Monthly Flat Retainer: Some clients require ongoing representation and frequent contact with an attorney. In these situations, a monthly retainer may work best. This fee will reflect the requirements of Neves Law and the client’s objectives. This is a “preventative law” method that can save some clients money in the long run.

Dedicated Account Manager: Regardless of the billing arrangement that works best for you, your case will be assigned to a dedicated account manager who will provide you with consistent progress reports, transparent billing statements, the status of your case file, and any recent activity. Account managers will ensure that client objectives are met and any questions or concerns are promptly addressed.
